- 1/2 kg fish
- 3-4 green chilies
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons gram flour
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon rice flour
- 1 teaspoon red chilli
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon celery
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
How to make Fish Fry Recipe
- Take fish first and clean it thoroughly with water. After doing this, clean the fish and put salt and turmeric on it.
- After this take a bowl and add rice flour, ginger paste, coriander, gram flour, parsley, lemon juice, red chilli etc. and make a paste and mix it well.
- Now in this bowl mix turmeric with salt and turmeric and mix well. Make sure that the spice is well applied to the fish.
- Now take a pan and heat oil in it, add soaked fish pieces and fry in it. Also add green chili pieces so that it tastes good. Now fry the fish well.
- After doing this, when the fish is cooked in 5–10 minutes, take it out of the pan on a plate. Now garnish with chopped onions and coriander. Hot fish fry is ready.
