Half a cup of roasted sesame
Jaggery 200 grams
1 cup of water
1/4 cup chopped cashews
2 tablespoons Ghee
How to Make Gajak Recipe
First of all, take a pan and fry sesame seeds till it turns brown. After that take it out in another vessel and let it cool.
Now pour water in a pan and let it heat up. Now add jaggery and let it boil till it becomes a sauce. When it is ready, let it cool down a bit and then add sesame and cashew nuts.
Take a square tray and make a fine coating of ghee in it. Add the prepared mixture and flatten it with the help of a spoon.
Now cut it into desire shape and then serve after cooling down.
