GREEN TEA RECIPE | FOODIE HUMAN RECIPE 

Green Tea Recipe is not only an evening drink but can lift your spirits anytime during the day. This tea made from dried or fresh green tea leaves balances our energy, promotes positivity in every sip. Green tea also helps in losing weight because it has negligible calories and in itself serves as a mid-mile snack.

We must accept that drinking green tea is an acquired taste and is not a taste that you will immediately like. This recipe helps to brew green tea in the right way to give you the right cup of tea.

  • 2 teaspoons green tea leaves
  • 2 cups of water
  • Honey, (optional) to taste

How to Make Green Tea Recipe 

  • To start the green tea recipe, take a saucepan and start heating the water over high heat.
  • Once the water starts boiling, turn off the heat and add green tea leaves.
  • Keep it covered for a minute.
  • Mix green tea in a cup of tea.
  • Add honey to taste (just as a sweetener, you can skip it completely), give it a whirlpool and serve.
