KALAKAND | KALAKAND RECIPE | KALAKAND SWEET
The taste of Kalakand is sweet and aromatic. A lot of nuts and sugar are used in it, which is liked by all and everyone eats it with hobbies. Everyone likes the fragrance while making the fondant.
- 2 liters milk
- 100 grams of sugar powder
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 5 small cardamom
- 5 almonds
- 10 pistachios
How to make Kalakand
- To make the Kalakand, first, take 2 big chunks and add milk separately.
- Now burn both of your gas and keep the milk powder on the gas to boil.
- Now when the milk boils, add lemon juice to it and remove it from the gas and wait for it to cool down.
- When the milk cools down, separate the water and chhena with the help of a cloth.
- The second milk pot must have started boiling. Stir it continuously and allow the milk to thicken. When the milk starts to thicken, turn off the gas and remove the pot from the gas.
- Now add the prepared china to this milk and mix it with a ladle.
- Put this pot on the gas and cook it again until it becomes thick. After some time this mixture will start to form like mawa, then add sugar to it.
- Add this mixture and cook until the barfi thickens.
- Now turn off the gas. Add cardamom to this mixture, your delicious mixture is ready.
- Take a plate and lubricate it with ghee. Pour this prepared mixture into it and spread.
- Add almonds and pistachios on top. After some time when the mixture starts hardening, with the help of a knife cut the shape of the barfi and fill them in the box.
- Your dessert is ready, eat it as you wish and feed it to everyone else.
- To make Kalakand, when you mix lemon juice in hot milk, make sure that the milk is boiled.
- Only after the milk boils, add lemon juice to it, due to which your milk will burst and only then your frondent will be good and tasty.
- Apart from this, you can also use mawa placed in front of you to make kalakand or you can also make mawa from the market, but the taste that will be your handmade mawa will be found in the market at home.
- Therefore, try to make a little more time at home.
- If you want, you can also use nuts in Kalakand such as cashew nuts, pistachios, etc. For this, finely chopped cashews, almonds, pistachios and raisins and you can make your dessert by applying it on the fondant or adding to it. Mix.
- Apart from this, you must also use large cardamom in your fondant.
- Always make Kalakand in full cream milk, by doing this your mawa will be made good and your Kalakand will get a pure and delicious taste.
- If there is some adulteration intoned milk, do not try and use it.
