- Curd – 1/2 cup
- Mint – 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp (roasted)
- Chilly powder – 1/4 tsp
- Green chilly – 1
- Salt – as per taste
- Take the curd in a bowl and add some water and mix well, make uniform consistency.
- Wash and grind mint leaves.
- Mix the mint to the curd with chopped green chilly and salt.
- Sprinkle red chilli powder and cumin seeds powder and serve.
- Enjoy Mint Raita.
