Shrikhand Recipe is a conventional Maharashtrian dessert produced from hung curds, powdered sugar, saffron, elaichi, and a little bit of milk. Very in style in Gujarat, Gujarati shrikhand is had with pooris.
Ingredients
For The Shrikhand
1 kg thick curds (Dahi)
half of cup powdered sugar
just a few saffrons (kesar) strands
1 tbsp heat milk
half of the tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
Garnish For The Shrikhand
1 tbsp pistachio slivers
1 tbsp almond (badam) slivers
How to make the Shrikhand Recipe
To make the shrikhand, dangle the curds in a muslin fabric in a cool place for roughlythree hours tillall of the liquid (whey) has drained off.
Rub the saffron into the nice and cozy milk till it dissolves.

Note
Strawberry shrikhand
